My other idea was for "Streetcar named desire" which my youngest acts out below - be scared, be very scared.

IF Theatre
Last week we took our daughters to see Spongebob's" The Sponge that could Fly" in Manchester, although my daughters both enjoyed it, my wife and I were counting down the minutes to the end of the show. The sound of disappointment from most of the kids as Spongebob came on and they realised he wasn't a cartoon was quite comical - I was with them on that one. My wife had the idea for this cartoon, it was probably what the bloke in the costume was thinking anyway.

Paul Haig Day Epilogue
This should have been in my post for Paul Haig Day but forgot - this is a side project of his, the single is available to down load here it's only 79p, treat yourself for Easter.
This is my first purchased download ever, hard to believe in this day and age. I've always preferred walking into a record shop and purchasing my music. I could probably bore you with where and when I bought 90% of my record collection, something I do when playing my records to my daughters - with downloading what can I say to them - "ooh I remember buying this while sitting at my computer".
Every record has a story - well at least this download has one, the rest won't.

PAUL HAIG DAY
This is a great idea from the Vinyl Villain where you can find more information here.
You can see him playing some live stuff at this webcast
Paul Haig was originally lead singer of 1980s post-punk band Josef K who were assigned to the Postcard record label along with Orange Juice and Aztec Camera. Josef K recorded five singles and an album - "The Only Fun in Town" before splitting. Although I got to see Orange Juice and Aztec Camera live, I never got to see Josef K - one of life's regrets.
His first solo single was a cover of Sly and the Family Stone's "Running Away" which I bought in a record shop (remember them?) in Edinburgh while on holiday, it was highly recommended by NME at the time, and should have done a lot better in the charts, as should his subsequent records - if you ask me he was ahead of his time.
As with all his singles and lps, it had a great cover - this is still one of my favourite singles and it got me into liking Sly Stone too. He's released quite a few records since, which you can find at his website here or at ltm publishing here.
